Please note that by purchasing goods from HANAZUKi, you have agreed to the following terms:


ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders placed by noon GMT+1 are normally processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days from the date the order was placed.

**Please be aware any orders placed on or after a release date will be delayed and may incur up to 48 hours of additional processing time.


SHIPPING METHODS:

We offer the following options for shipping:

National Orders (the Netherlands)

- Standard TNT sending 1-2 business days

Orders in Europe

- Priority mail 3-5 business days

International Orders

- Global Priority Mail 5-10 business days

* Please note that the timeframes listed above only apply to the time it will take for your order to arrive

FROM THE DATE IT WAS SHIPPED.

It may take up to a week for your order to ship. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you.

Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed.

Some countries require a telephone number to go with the delivery, please make sure to fill this in.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND CUSTOMS DETAILS:

Please note: Customers shipping orders to destinations outside the Netherlands are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering

to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the Netherlands,

some products are manufactured in China, or other non-EU countries. Because these laws and fees can change over time, Hanazuki encourages customers to check with the applicable

Customs offices before placing an order. Hanazuki does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout.

Hanazuki will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

 

SHIPPING COST:

Shipping charges will vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.

If you wish to check shipping charges before making a purchase, add items to your cart and click the “check out” button.

You will not be charged for an order until you submit your credit card information.

 

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:

Please be aware that any free shipping offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to the Netherlands.


PRICING POLICY:

HANAZUKi reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

Prices include 19% VAT.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped,

please write an email to customerservice@hanazuki.com.

Please note that you will be charged a 15 EUR cancellation fee.

You will then receive receipts for this fee and the cancelled order via email.


RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags)

within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt for a full refund within THIRTY (30) DAYS. Due to the limited availability of our products, exchange

will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact customerservice@hanazuki.com prior to sending your return.

Please follow the instructions below to make a return. Please note that all purchases on sale items are final.


DEFECTIVE SOFT GOODS POLICY:

Any bag or piece of apparel suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within one (1) year of the date of purchase.

"Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage.

Hanazuki will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis.


TOY / ONE OF A KIND RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Most of the toys we sell are collectible, made in limited runs, one of a kind and are often hand-painted or assembled.

Slight imperfections are typical with one of a kind products and most often enhance the value.

However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g. the product is broken or missing parts, etc.),

we’ll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item (if possible). All other toy / one of a kind sales at hanazuki.com are final.

Please contact Customer service at customerservice@hanazuki.com within SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date of receipt,

using the procedure listed below. Please note: Hanazuki will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging.

Blister cards, accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well.

If your return does not meet these conditions, you’ll be charged a 15% re-stocking fee or have your defective merchandise returned to you.

Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

Hanazuki.com only accepts returns for items purchased at Hanazuki.com. To return or exchange an item purchased at the Hanazuki retail store, please visit the store.

To return or exchange a Hanazuki product purchased at a non-Hanazukii store, please contact the store where the purchase was made and follow their return and exchange guidelines.

Hanazuki.com will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from any other stores.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Contact Hanazuki by email customerservice@hanazuki.com within SEVEN (7) days from the date of receipt.

Let us know what the problem is, when you purchased your product and our Customer Service department will email you back with instructions.

When packaging your purchase, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!),

and make sure to write your name and order number on the outside of your box. Once the return is received you will be contacted via email.


PAYMENT POSSIBILITIES

We accept payments with IDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, Meastro and Paypal.

Only upon receiving a full payment we will ship your order.
